Ecoquartier ZAC Las Fonses Villeneuve-Tolosane Toulouse

Phases ZAC is an eco-neighborhood project located in the metropolitan area of Toulouse, in the town of Villeneuve-Tolosane.

The future development generally consists of a residential area, a shopping area and an urban park. The total is 513 housing units divided into four types: individuelle, Groupe, intermediare and collectif. About 30% of dwellings will be officially protected.

One of the environmental conditions of the site is located bordering a wetland system that are part of the Special Protection Areas (SPAs) for birds. The new park will feature large public green space in the municipality, which is intended to relieve pressure on the existing natural enclave.

The editor of the proposal team consists of a set of coordinated by Forges Architects and Jornet-Llop-Pastor Architects businesses. The Urban Ecology Agency is responsible for the environmental aspects of the proposal. The main areas in which we participate are: biodiversity, management strategies of energy, water and waste and configuration of public space sustainability criteria.
