Barcelona and its area have the best mobility plan of Spanish cities, according to a report presented today by Greenpeace in Madrid.

The Government of Spain is committed, along with 200 other countries, to make it possible for the planet's temperature not to rise more than 1.5 degrees. However, fulfilling this goal of reducing emissions is largely in the hands of local councils and how they manage urban mobility.

This highlights the report "Transport in cities: a motor without brake of climate change", conducted by Greenpeace and presented today in Madrid by Mario Rodríguez y Mariano González, director and spokesperson of energy of this organization, respectively.
